About the Program

This program will guide the participants through the basics of the NEO Blockchain and the principles of the NEO Smart Economy, while mastering the best practices for NEO Blockchain enterprise application development.

By completing the program, participants will be able to create and test their own distributed applications (dApps); while also learning about the best tools and reusable code libraries, frameworks, how- to examples, and best practices for enterprise application development using .NET/C#, C#.NEO, and the NEO Blockchain platform. 

This program consists of three days intensive training course and one week of group work on a capstone project. You will receive a certificate upon completion of the course.


  • CBPro Certification  or Profound knowledge of blockchain technology
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft .NET Framework, one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#), and Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition

    The amount of coding required for the labs and capstone project is quite low – a few hundred to 1000 lines.

Course Modules

This program consists of three days intensive training course and one week of group work on a capstone project. You will receive a certificate upon completion of the course. Participants must attend all program modules and successfully complete the capstone project and final exam to receive a certificate. 

Module1-Intensive Training Module (3 days)

Day 1 : Introduction to NEO Blockchain Development

From cryptography to distributed/decentralized
networks, participants will learn the basic concepts underlying the NEO Blockchain. You will understand the basic evolution of 3 generations of blockchains from Bitcoin to Ethereum to NEO. The main focus on how the NEO Blockchain works programmatically. We will be exploring NEO’s background, the NEO Smart Economy, its dual- cryptocurrency model as well as complete 2 hands- on development labs. 


This module will focus on advance programming aspects of the NEO Blockchain. Participants will learn about entity development using C#.NEO and the NEO Blockchain in the context of building a real multi-tier application for managing a sign-in process for Meetup meeting. Following this module, you will be able to develop multi-tier enterprise business applications using the NEO Developer Tool Suite and the NEO Blockchain. 


This module will focus on the hands-on development of enterprise applications on the NEO Blockchain. Participants will have a chance to get additional classroom help as well learn about other NEO developer resources for their successful completion of the course’s capstone project. 

Module2-Capstone Project Submission (7 days)

Your capstone project is a smart contracts designed for a use case of your choice. It is due one week after finishing the intensive course (Module1).


Certification Procedure

You will receive a certificate upon completion of the course. Participants must attend all program modules and successfully complete the take-home assignment/exam to receive a certificate. Once the certificate is granted, it will be hashed on the Ethereum blockchain and is globally accessible for further verification.

Program Changes

We will make every effort to present the program as advertised, but it may be necessary to change the date, location, instructors or content with little or no notice. In the event of program cancellation, Blockchain Hub’s liability is limited to reimbursement of paid fees. 

Cancellations and Substitutions

Substitution of registrants is permitted at any time. If you are unable to find a substitute, a full refund is available if a cancellation request is received in writing 7 days prior to the program date. If a cancellation request is made with less than 7 days’ notice, a $75 administration fee will apply. No other refund is available.

Please note that the group discount is only available when paying for members of the same organization, at the same time, and payment is made with one invoice.
